People were actually trying to call the dealers bluff, but it didn't work this time. They are serious. Without the auto bail out plan there aren't enough jokes to go around the dinner table this year.
Here's how it works: You buy one car at FULL price, then you'll get the second car for free...or practically free. The second car will cost you about $3000 in tax, tags, and dealer fees. I think its a pretty good deal if you've got the extra cash funds.
