Jay Leno will host a comedy show, "Jay's Comedy Stimulus Plan" next month at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Here's the the kicker: The show will provide 24,000 seats for the jobless in Detroit, Michigan on April 7th. Free tix will be given out beginning Monday at 10am.
