Rachid Benamir of Houston, Texas heard the cries of a newborn around 3pm. He thought they were the sounds of a newborn cat or dog, but to his amazement he was wrong. It was the sound a one hour old baby girl. With the umbilical cord still attached, Benamir pulled the baby out of trash bag in an old dryer. He and his roommate immediately called 9-1-1. Ridiculous!!!
